About Elienai
I am an older sister, a friend, a student and a teacher, a person who has passion for dance and helping others to grow. I love teaching new and regular students the skills I learnt over the years and sharing what I know of the industry. When my students are happy I know I have done a good job. Everybody has there days but even getting a small smile from you will be enough. I like to treat my students like my friends and I’m always down to give you advise even if it’s not related to dance. Trust, bond and successfully achieving a goal no matter how big or small it is, is what matters and most importantly prioritising your health!

My first classes is the most exciting because it’s about you! Don’t be afraid I just want to have an understanding about your relationship with dance and what is your ultimate goal for your session?
Next couple of classes we will be doing a warm up to avoid injuries. The warm ups will be tailored to everyones needs this is why the first lesson is vital to know what are your strengths and things we find difficult to tailor it in. I like to start of with catchy pop music blood pumping warm ups to keep our body warm and ready. For styles like contemporary we may not do full out cardio we may be doing a run around in the room then move to the floor so the warm up really is different for each styles of dance.
Next is choreography and you can choose a music you preferably like to dance too or have me choose for you! Remember this is your time so if you want to create a choreography together or want me to create something prior our sessions I can happily execute it. My ultimate goal for our sessions is to make it an enjoyable, non judgmental space and for you to feel confident and proud after class.
