About Ndia
Hi, My name is Ndia Washington and I am currently a creative writing major at Cal State Northridge. With a diverse and well-rounded dance background, I have trained with industry professionals such as Grayson McGuire, Adam Parson, Brockus Red Dance Company, Versa-Style Next Generation, and ShowOff Dance Team. My expertise spans multiple dance styles, including house, contemporary, popping, hip hop, modern, ballet, and jazz. This extensive training allows me to bring a unique blend of technique, musicality, and artistry to my teaching, helping students develop their movement language while building strong foundational skills. Whether you're looking to refine your craft or explore new styles, I am committed to guiding dancers of all levels on their journey.

If you want to take your dance skills to the next level or even get in shape, my lessons are the perfect choice. Whether you're a beginner finding your rhythm or advanced dancer refining technique, I tailor each session to your needs. I combine structured techniques and creative exploration to help dancers grow. My approach includes breaking down the fundamentals, choreography-based learning, confidence-building exercises, and personalized coaching. A typical lesson includes freestyle, cool down, feedback, drills, and choreography. I feel like I am different because I customize the lesson for the dancer, I talk from experience, so the dancers have someone to relate to. The lessons are for everyone! Beginner to advanced, young to old.
