About Ben
As a current student, I am constantly thinking, teaching and learning. I have current knowledge of the university application and interview processes.
I have then tutored GCSE and A Level Music over the past year, helping students gain confidence in their courses and track their progress. I have also previously helped students with Music coursework. I now tutor sixth form students for their Oxbridge applications.
I can also offer instrumental lessons in Saxophone (Jazz / Classical), Clarinet, and beginners Piano.

I have just finished my first year at the University of Oxford (Music BA), and have been tutoring Music throughout the year.
I have taught GCSE and A Level Music, whilst also helping students with their Oxbridge applications. Since I had mentoring in order to get into Oxford, I am keen to give other students the same help and guidance.
Therefore, my teaching focuses on the students interests. For academic tutoring and Oxbridge applications, I would focus on your strengths, and help you to build a solid application that will prepare you for interviews. For instrumental and theory teaching, we would work on your weaknesses through exercises and activities that appeal to and help you personally.
