About Kelli
I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology so I have some education in mental health counseling, abnormal psychology and therapy. But, what makes me unique is my personal experience with obesity and mental health issues that came with the excess weight. Within the last 3 years, I have dedicated my spare time to researching ways to lose weight successfully. I also spent a lot of time trying to overcome my anxiety and panic attacks. I've figured out ways to address the issues, stay positive and live the life I want to live. Not only have I lost over 50 lbs but I have been able to control my anxiety and panic to the point that they are no longer debilitating.
