About Eleanor
Hi! I'm Eleanor, a second year medical student! I loved Classics and English when I was at school and have continued to pursue that interest while at university! I have had several volunteer roles as a teaching assistant in the past and have loved teaching, and would love to be a friendly face to make topics that students may find challenging a little less scary! Having taken GCSE's and A-Levels fairly recently I remember well the content and struggles that come along with them! My lessons aim to supplement in-school teaching of English Literature/Language up to GCSE level and Classical Civilisations up to A Level - students are able to provide me with specific topics to cover beforehand or materials they would like help with, and so my lessons are tailored specifically to each student.
I achieved a 9 in my English Language GCSE and an A* in my English Literature GCSE and an A* at both GCSE and A-Level in Classical Civilisations.
