About Markus
My name is Markus and I'm interested in studying English at university. Having been born in Germany I never envisioned myself being so passionate about the subject, however, my own teachers have shown me a great appreciation for literature and the English language, which I would love to explore further for myself and communicate to others.

I have experience in tutoring GCSE students, having tutored alongside my teachers internally in my school, as well as through recent work experience, which I completed at a local secondary school.
It is important to balance learning the subject content as well as exam techniques, along with specific English terminology and techniques I aim to teach pupils techniques to remember information, find their learning style and creating revision resources in collaboration with them. I have excellent organisational skills and can help create revision schedules for English or even other subjects.
Lessons will be approximately 1 hour in length.
