About Rosa
My name is Rosa Corona and I am currently a Junior High Band Director. I graduated from the University of Houston with my bachelors in Music Education. I have been teaching since 2022 in the public school system and have taught in different districts, such as Sheldon ISD, Pasadena ISD, and Katy ISD. I believe music education can provide a depth of qualities for students and adults. It works on cognitive development, discipline, patience, motivation, and creativity!

Hello! I am currently a teacher so you can expect our lessons to run as I would be teaching my students now. I am a clarinet player and I have 14 years of experience on this instrument. I am looking to teach from beginner all the way through to high school! I also double on saxophone and have been playing the saxophone for 6 years.
