About Raven
I am currently a crime scene technician with a medium-sized police department. Over the past 2.5 years, alongside one other technician, we have built the crime scene investigation program from the ground up. Our two-person unit services the entire town, providing 24/7 coverage. With over 500 hours of training and 200+ hours of working scenes, I am eager to share some of my knowledge.

I work with learners by explaining the theoretical side of forensics and then showing what that looks like in a real-world scenario. Typical lesson plans include an in-depth explanation of scientific principles, definitions of scientific terms, and presentations breaking down difficult concepts in forensic science. This is followed by practical applications, including, case studies, exercises, and hands-on learning. These lessons can be tailored to several different levels of learning, from middle school to college to professional.
