About Arieana
Im Leia, your dance bestie ! Dancing has been my passion since birth. I have been dancing for as long as I can remember. In my last year of high school, I began taking on teams and choreographing for them. That is where my heart resides. To this day I am still actively dancing and willing teaching.For me, dance is life! Dancing is my best form of expression. Anything I feel inside can be expressed through dance and I love that for me. Dancing keeps me healthy mentally and physically and I can't wait to be able to share with you the same feeling !

Sharing my natural given gift with others is what completes my life!
Dancing is my favorite way of expression. It makes me feel so great each time. Typically I would start out with a few warm ups, just to get our bodies warm and ready to work. Next, after we are all warmed up, I will begin to lead a full body stretch insuring no injuries and comfortable, fluent movement while dancing. Then, we'd jump into our routine for the day. Taking it count by count making sure we are all getting the steps. Finally, You all will have the chance to showcase the choreography I taught and even your own! Closing out with one more stretch to relax out bodies and be ready for our next session together !! An experience that I cannot wait to take on with you !
