About Nitant
I am a movement artist with experience of 8 years of teaching and peforming .I have studied from Attakalari- Centre for movement arts , Bangalore. I have taught in schools , colleges and personal workshops .Have been touring with performances and collaborating with national and international artists. My working method has a lot to do with understanding yourself , creating self confidence , believing in yourself through body. I specialise in creative and contemporary dance .

My teaching method for kids is complete fun and experimentative , where they use their body to express with use of nature , fun and games , choreography and improvisation. For adults its more meditative , ease of movement, , choreography,more understanding of their own self. I work with balance , articulation of thoughts to movement , sound and movement , alignment and breathing professional dancers can use it in any dance form they perform .
