About Mary
I am a Registered 250H YTT, Certified PiYo and Yoga Barre Instructor. Instructing for over 4 years. Teach group and private sessions.
I hold Certifications in the following: Vinyasa Yoga from Breath N Flow Yoga and YogaFit, Mindful Resilience Yoga for Veteran’s, Shred Inspired Yoga, PiYo, Barre Fitness and Advanced Barre Fitness, Zumba, Aqua Zumba, Aqua Fitness, and Myofascial Release. I am also certified in Health and Nutrition and participate in dozens of runs throughout each year, including Spartan Endurance Races, duathalon’s and triathlon’s.
