About Drew
My interest in programming began while experimenting with small software applications and discovering how code can solve everyday problems efficiently. This curiosity encouraged me to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering and later dedicate my career to teaching programming and computational thinking.
Over the past 8 years, I have worked with students from different educational backgrounds and helped them strengthen both coding logic and practical software skills. I enjoy simplifying difficult programming concepts into clear, manageable lessons that students can apply confidently in projects and assignments.
I believe learning to code should be interactive, creative, and problem-focused rather than limited to memorising syntax. My teaching approach encourages experimentation, logical analysis, and independent thinking so students can develop long-term confidence as programmers and future technology professionals.

My programming lessons focus on helping students transform logical ideas into functional software solutions through hands-on coding and project-oriented learning. I teach Python, Java, C++, HTML, databases, and algorithm design using interactive examples that make technical concepts easier to understand. Students learn not only how to write code but also how to organise programmes efficiently, debug errors, and think systematically while solving problems.
Each lesson is customised according to the student’s learning pace and technical background. Beginners explore programming fundamentals such as variables, loops, conditions, and functions through simple exercises. Intermediate learners work on object-oriented programming, debugging methods, and data structures. Advanced students focus on application development, optimisation techniques, APIs, and real-world coding projects. Continuous coding practice helps students improve creativity, technical confidence, and analytical thinking.
My goal is to help students become independent programmers capable of adapting to modern technologies and solving practical digital challenges. Through structured learning and project development, students gain the confidence required for academic success, technical interviews, software development careers, and future innovation in technology-driven industries.
