About Nassreen
With 25 years of working experience, I would like to highlight my teaching capabilities. I have served as a Lecturer, HR professional, and Facilitator, teaching both school leavers and adults. I have lectured subjects in Human Resources, Secretarial Studies, Business Management, and Legal Studies. Additionally, I have provided HR support to businesses, including creating policies and procedures to ensure fairness, as well as compiling reports on HR activities, training conducted, and evaluations.
I have experience in corporate training, including topics like reception and telephone techniques, call centre management, office administration, and office management. Sharing knowledge and upskilling staff has been one of my key strengths, and I take great pride in ensuring that customer service is consistently improved. Over the years, I have conducted one-on-one training and created training manuals for new team members.
Throughout my career, I have shown dedication and commitment, and I possess indirect managerial experience, having coached, mentored, and supported colleagues and interns. I have also contributed to both online and physical schools, gaining valuable insight into the academic sector. I am eager to teach English as a native language or any business subjects, as I have specialized in Business Management and Personnel Management within my HR Diploma.
I am passionate about helping others and parting my knowledge to them. Helping others is very satisfying and rewarding to me.

As a mother of two young children, I understand the importance of making learning enjoyable and engaging. Creativity is my specialty, and I use a variety of fun and interactive methods to ensure my students enjoy the learning process. Whether through props, dress-up, flashcards, whiteboards, or educational games, I believe that learning should be dynamic and memorable.
I have also lectured school leavers and adults at a small business college, where I honed my skills in motivating and inspiring individuals to reach their full potential. My commitment to seeing improvement in each person drives me to go the extra mile, whether it’s helping someone grasp just one new word or mastering more complex concepts.
With a strong passion for people and an approachable, friendly demeanor, I excel in working with different types of individuals, always striving to bring out the best in them. I can teach students of all ages—from young children to adults—ensuring that they not only understand but feel confident in their progress.
Fluent in English (my native language) and proficient in Afrikaans, I offer lessons designed to help non-native speakers improve and become fluent in English. For me, every small step forward is a significant achievement, and I find immense satisfaction in seeing my students succeed.
