About Shelby

I am a Registered Counsellor with experience facilitating workshops covering a variety of topics. I have been facilitating psycho-education workshops since 2015 and I have experience working with children, teenagers and adults.

I have workshops covering stress management and relaxation, self-esteem, mindfulness, positive thinking, leadership, etc.

My workshops are very flexible - let me know how to help you!

My main goal is to help you achieve the goal you want. As said previously, I am very flexible and I adjust every workshop to meet your needs. Something not working? Let me know and we can mix it up!

Cancellation >48 hours before class time - no penalty.
Cancellation >24 hours before class time - 25% penalty.
Cancellation >12 hours before class time - 50% penalty.
Cancellation >6 hours before class time - 75% penalty.
