My teaching approach blends theory with hands-on experience, aiming to make psychology practical and relatable. I use real-life examples, reflective exercises, and open discussions to help students connect deeply with the subject. Classes usually begin with a brief recap, followed by interactive learning using case studies, role plays, and group activities. I adapt my methods based on the learners' pace and needs.
What sets my classes apart is the focus on learning 10 different theories and approaches in short period helping with emotional awareness, real-world application, and creating a comfortable space for questions and exploration. These sessions are ideal for psychology students at the college level, early-career practitioners, or anyone curious about mental health and counselling basics.
