About Sazid
I am a counseling psychologist, career counselor, and mental health trainer with experience working with students, young adults, schools, and educational organizations. Over the years, I have conducted counseling sessions, career guidance programs, mental health workshops, and personality development sessions focused on emotional well-being, communication, and self-growth.
My areas of interest include psychology, social communication, non-verbal communication, emotional intelligence, and personality development. I enjoy helping learners understand human behavior in a practical and relatable way while also building confidence, self-awareness, and effective communication skills.
Along with individual counseling and mentoring, I have experience conducting workshops and interactive sessions for schools and students on topics such as stress management, emotional wellness, resilience building, communication skills, and career clarity. My teaching approach is friendly, supportive, and interactive, creating a safe learning environment where students feel comfortable expressing themselves and asking questions.
I believe learning should not only improve academic understanding but also help individuals grow personally and socially. My goal is to make psychology and communication easy to understand, practical to apply, and meaningful in everyday life.

My classes are designed to be interactive, practical, and easy to understand rather than focused only on textbook learning. I believe psychology and communication are best learned through real-life examples, activities, discussions, and observation-based learning.
In my sessions, I focus on helping students understand human behavior, emotions, communication patterns, confidence building, and interpersonal skills in a simple and engaging manner. I use techniques such as case discussions, role plays, reflective exercises, body language observation, and practical communication activities to make learning more effective and relatable.
A typical class usually includes concept explanation, interactive discussion, practical examples, and activities that help learners apply the concepts in daily life, academics, careers, and relationships. I also encourage students to ask questions freely and develop independent thinking and self-awareness.
My teaching style is supportive, student-friendly, and personalized according to the learner’s needs and pace. Along with subject knowledge, I focus on improving confidence, emotional intelligence, self-expression, and social understanding.
