My method is simple, learn to listen, know how to play with others, give yourself confidence in your musical abilities. I like to adapt and share with others. The speed of learning also depends on the understanding of what we are doing, so I try as much as possible to explain the why and how (theoretical or physical: Harmonization, accompaniment, biomechanics, improvisation, ...)
