About Aishani
I have 3+ years of diverse experience in top corporates and social sector organisations of India. Pursued BSc(Economics) & MBA (Finance) from Symbiosis Pune. As a campus recruit, I worked as a Research Analyst with Deloitte. To follow my passion for education, I joined the renowned Teach for India fellowship, which gave me a platform to impact the lives of underprivileged students, schools and communities in Hyderabad. I presently support women entrepreneurship projects in rural India. Looking forward to sharing, knowing and growing the tribe of inspired learners across India:)

My first priority is to understand the learner. Their personal context, interests, objectives, aspirations, fears, etc. Post this, I will design a relevant course structure. Based on interaction with the students and my experience in Pedagogy/Andragogy, I will create customised session plans for the learners. All the session plans will have scaffolded (well paced) objectives, an opening hook, guided practise and independent practise. These plans will keep on evolving as and when we proceed with the sessions. All my sessions will have ample room for feedback and my purpose would be to make the learning process relevant and effective. I am open to cater to diverse age groups, provided we all look forward to enjoy the process of learning and growing together :)
