I am a learner and have been dancing for 10 years in Popping and hip-hop. I am also a geeky teenager creating a range of methods from easy to complex choreography. And I am mainly aimed at teaching anyone who wants to express through rhythmic movements.

Each class begins with a flexible warm up routine.Containing yogic and HIIT exercises along with breathing techniques.
Moves onto the knowledge of beats and movements. Completing the choreography starts with the music.
Learning the counting methods and flow of movements is the most important.
At the end patience is the way it should be done.
Classes end with a breathing pattern to recover in shorter periods of time. Including breathing lerning to ones flexibility
