About Erika
I have a passion for growing young and old minds within the Visual Arts and offer inspirational lessons within your artmaking journey. It is my goal to equip the artist with a variety of 'hats' to wear at any required occasion within artmaking. I am a third-year student in the Visual Arts and understand the challenges the art world brings. My 15-year experience in art education can equip you with whatever skill or knowledge you require within the Visual Arts.

As a self-taught artist and lifelong student I have mastered a variety of artmaking processes and kept up to date with current trends in the art world. I offer face-to-face and online lessons in English and Afrikaans within any artmaking process both theoretical and practical, in a personal or educational capacity. The duration of a lesson ranges from one to three hourly sessions within your learning capacity and required outcomes. The lessons are aimed at private art lessons, school and university levels, and range from a variety of practical skills (drawing, painting, sculpting, new media, multimedia ext.) and theory (writing about artists and your own art).
