About Anastasia
I am a professional Contemporary Dancer. I attended Central School of Ballet as an associate for four years, before graduating from Trinity Laban, gaining myself a First Class BA (Hons) Contemporary Dance degree. I have knowledge in both Ballet and Contemporary practical and theory, as well as Choreography, fitness, pilates, and more.

I aim to guide students towards a comprehensive understanding of Contemporary Dance, teach students what can be expected from full-time dance education, and help students prepare for auditions for their chosen universities. This can include, solo preparation, technique preparation, and guidance towards suitable attire for each audition. I aim to teach students in Secondary Education or College who are thinking of studying Dance at an undergraduate level (University).
