About Shahridha
Psychology is a field helps to people achieve better mental health and helps to improve inter personal and intrapersonal skills. I have seen students from psychology field itself struggling to balance their educational life and personal life not able to use the skills they have learned through their degree of post graduation life. Getting theoretical knowledge is easy but they are stuck when it comes to use in practicals. Even post graduates are affraid of psychological counselling or handling children. I am here to help them by guiding them through right path.
