About Emily
I am a dedicated flute tutor with 6 years of experience teaching High School, College, and adult students. I have taught 150-200 students, helping them achieve technical mastery, confidence, and a love for music. My approach to teaching is patient, flexible, and centred on each student’s individual goals and abilities.
A milestone I cherish was guiding a student from struggling with basic notes to performing confidently in a public recital. Experiences like these reinforce my passion for teaching and the transformative power of music.
I create lessons that are engaging, practical, and inspiring, encouraging students to develop both skill and creativity. My goal is to help every student enjoy the learning process, overcome challenges, and reach their full potential while building a lifelong connection with music.
