About Emily
I am a student at Leeds Conservatoire studying classical piano. I have been teaching for the past 3 years and hope to do it full time once I have left university.
I mostly have experience teaching children and beginners.
I also play classical recorder and Irish whistle and can teach those at a beginner level.

I love teaching one to one where I can tailor the lessons to the individual, making the leaning experience personal and more fun.
I always try to incorporate some music theory and technique into lessons in addition to learning new pieces.
I have a series of books students designed for beginners which students can borrow for the first few lessons. I also provide practice booklets for students to help keep track of their lessons.
I will usually walk them though pieces in the start but always teach students to properly read music so they can develop the skills to learn pieces themselves later on.

Details
There will be no fee for the cancelation given at least a days notice. Cancelation within a day of the lesson will require half the lesson fee.
