About Amber
With a 7 years of professional Guitar teaching experience, I have helped students of all ages—from school children to working professionals—achieve their musical goals. My teaching philosophy emphasises clarity, structured lessons, and encouraging steady growth.
I ensure students build a strong foundation in chords, rhythm patterns, finger techniques, scales, and basic music theory before moving to advanced skills. I also focus on stage presence and performance preparation to help students gain confidence.
Many of my students have performed successfully at school and college events, live programmes, and competitions. I tailor my teaching to suit each student’s pace and goals, ensuring continuous improvement. My goal is to develop technical mastery, creativity, and a lifelong passion for music in every student.

My Guitar teaching philosophy is centred on clarity, adaptability, and practical application. I believe that strong communication creates trust and motivation in the learning process. I design lessons based on each student’s ability, interest, and goals. Some learners prefer theory-based understanding, while others prefer learning through songs and practical exercises.
I balance both methods. Along with Guitar playing skills, I teach Music Theory basics, Rhythm Techniques, Scale Practice, Chord Progressions, Ear Training, Song Analysis, and Improvisation methods. I use real-world case studies such as studying popular performances and studio recordings to show how musical ideas are applied professionally.
Students first master essential techniques like posture correction, finger exercises, and timing accuracy. As they progress, we explore advanced chord variations, fingerstyle playing, solo construction, and dynamic expression. I provide continuous feedback and structured practice routines to ensure steady growth. My goal is to help students develop technical strength and musical creativity together.
