About Kate
My name is Kate Wu, a responsible, passionate musician who graduated from UC Berkeley with a Bachelor’s degree in piano performance. I have rich experience in solo piano concerto performing with the school chamber orchestra when I was in Taiwan. After I moved to America, I hosted several piano recitals during my studies at UC Berkeley. I also have participated in many piano competitions with outstanding results.
I'm a piano teacher with 2 years of teaching experience and currently looking for students who are interested in learning about classical music or music theory.

Due to the covid-19, I only give the piano lessons online via zoom meeting or skype, etc. I hosted one-by-one lessons to students and provided weekly assignments to enhance students’ learning. I would like to use metrics to evaluate the level of the student and made an individual study plan for students.
