About Manisha

I am a classically trained pianist with a bachelor’s degree in piano performance and nearly a decade of teaching experience. Over the years, I have worked with students of all ages, helping them build strong technical foundations while developing confidence and musicality.

My teaching is structured, patient, and detail-oriented, ensuring that each student progresses with clarity and consistency. I place great importance on proper technique, healthy practice habits, and a thoughtful understanding of the music. At the same time, I create a supportive and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable and motivated to grow.

I am committed to maintaining a high standard of teaching and professionalism in every lesson, and I take pride in guiding each student with care, responsibility, and genuine dedication to their progress.

About the lesson

My teaching approach combines strong technical training with musical expression. I draw from Russian piano technique and European traditions to help students develop both precision and artistry. I also integrate music theory into lessons so students understand what they are playing, not just how to play it.

Each lesson is personalized, typically including technique (scales and exercises), repertoire, and some theory or ear training. For students preparing for exams, I follow the RCM curriculum and cover all required components in a structured way.

What sets me apart is my background in piano performance combined with a clear, analytical teaching style. I adapt lessons to each student’s goals and personality, creating an engaging and supportive learning environment.

I teach children (from age 6), teens, and adults, from beginners to intermediate and early advanced levels, whether for personal enjoyment or exam preparation.
