About Jaisanth
I'm a passionate and ambitious undergraduate student studying Chemical Engineering at the University of Waikato. I studied the IB curriculum from grades 10-12 and have the IB diploma. I took Mathematics: Analysis and Approaches and Physics, both at the Higher Level. I grew up teaching Mathematics, Physics, Biology, and Chemistry to many of my peers. Seeing a student finally understand a difficult topic fills me with joy, and the satisfaction of helping someone realize their potential is like no other. I look forward to continuing to guide and support students as they grow, learn, and achieve their goals.

I teach Mathematics and Physics to Middle and High school students.
My approach prioritizes conceptual learning over memorization. A student that understands a concept to the core is capable of solving any question thrown at them. I break down complex concepts and rationalize them using simple and memorable real-world examples. When a student struggles, I encourage perseverance by identifying the root cause and developing manageable, effective solutions. Equally as important, I value engagement and interest. I keep a calm and easygoing demeanor and use leading questions to encourage critical thought while guiding their understanding.
