About Saoirse
I’m a passionate and approachable Computer Science teacher with a degree in Computing and experience helping young people build their digital skills. I love seeing that moment when something finally clicks, especially when a student goes from saying “I can’t do this” to “I made this!” I want to teach because I genuinely enjoy helping students discover what they’re capable of, build confidence, and develop skills they can use far beyond the classroom.

I believe tutoring should feel fun, relaxed and personal, not like another lesson at school! I adapt every session to the student’s interests, confidence and learning style, making sure they actually understand why something works rather than just memorizing it. Whether we’re coding a game, exploring AI or working through a tricky topic, my goal is to make learning enjoyable while helping students build real skills and confidence along the way.
