About Fanni
Hi there! I am a passionate programmer and tech educator holding a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. This fall, I am moving to Ireland to pursue my Master’s degree in Interaction and Experience Design at the University of Limerick.
Over the past two years, I have worked professionally as a coding instructor, guiding students aged 6 to 18 through after-school curriculums, intensive seasonal coding camps, and hands-on holiday workshops.
I choose to teach because I love breaking down complex, intimidating concepts into simple, logical, and satisfying milestones. Seeing a student’s face light up when their custom-built game or app finally runs exactly how they imagined it is the most rewarding part of my work. My ultimate goal is to build long-term digital confidence, logical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills that will serve my students far into the future, no matter what career path they choose!

Teaching methodology
I specialize in turning screen time into a useful, logical skill. My methodology is entirely project-based and gamified. Instead of memorizing boring lines of syntax, students learn computer science by actively building their own video games and interactive apps from day one.
Experience
I have been working at a fun-based coding school for 2 years, teaching 6–18-year-olds in after-school programs, leading intensive coding camps, and running workshops during school holidays.
