About Riyana
My interest in programming began when I started exploring how software systems and applications are created to solve real-world problems. This curiosity led me to complete a Master’s degree in Computer Science, where I gained deep knowledge in programming and system design. Over the past 12 years, I have helped students learn programming in a simple and structured way, guiding them step by step to build strong coding skills and confidence.
I believe that learning programming should focus on both understanding and consistent practice. Beginners are guided with simple coding exercises and basic logic building. Intermediate learners improve through structured problem-solving and deeper concept understanding. Advanced students work on complex challenges, debugging, and project-based learning that prepares them for real-world situations. I always adjust my teaching approach based on each student’s learning pace and needs.
Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring new technologies and working on programming projects that improve my skills. I bring these experiences into my lessons to make learning more practical and engaging. Watching students grow from beginners to confident programmers is very rewarding. My goal is to help students build strong coding skills, logical thinking, and confidence so they can succeed in programming.

Computer programming becomes easier when students understand how to think step by step and solve problems logically. My lessons focus on programming basics, logic building, data structures, and practical coding skills that can be applied in real situations. Beginners start with simple concepts such as variables, loops, and basic syntax to build a strong foundation. Intermediate learners move on to functions, structured programming, and problem-solving techniques. Advanced students focus on algorithms, debugging, and project-based learning that helps them apply their knowledge with confidence.
I teach using a clear and structured method so students can understand each concept without confusion. Lessons include coding exercises, guided practice, and real-life examples that help students apply what they learn effectively. I adjust the teaching pace based on the student’s level to ensure strong understanding before moving forward. Students are encouraged to practice regularly and develop logical thinking skills through consistent effort.
Programming lessons help students improve problem-solving ability, logical thinking, and confidence in coding. Students learn how to break down complex problems into smaller steps and solve them using structured code. Over time, they become more independent and comfortable with programming challenges. My goal is to make programming simple, practical, and engaging so students can build strong skills and confidence for future learning and real-world use.
