About Lian
My interest in programming began when I started exploring how software and applications are created and how they solve real-world problems. This curiosity led me to complete a Master’s degree in Computer Science, where I gained deep knowledge of programming and system design. Over the past 11 years, I have guided students in learning programming step by step, helping them move from basic understanding to advanced coding with confidence and clarity.
I believe that consistent practice and clear understanding are the keys to learning programming successfully. Beginners are guided with simple coding exercises and basic logic building. Intermediate learners improve their skills through structured programming tasks and deeper concept understanding. Advanced students focus on complex problem-solving, debugging, and project-based learning that prepares them for real-world challenges. I always adapt my teaching style to match each student’s learning needs and pace.
Outside teaching, I stay updated with new technologies, programming languages, and real-world applications. I enjoy building small projects and exploring new ideas, which I bring into my lessons to make learning more practical and interesting. Watching students grow from beginners to confident programmers is very rewarding. My goal is to help students build strong coding skills, logical thinking, and confidence in programming.

Computer programming becomes easier when students understand the logic behind code and how different parts work together. My lessons focus on basic programming concepts, data structures, problem-solving, and practical coding skills. Beginners start with simple topics such as variables, loops, and basic syntax to build a strong foundation. Intermediate learners work on functions, logic building, and structured coding. Advanced students explore complex topics like algorithms, debugging, and building small real-world projects that strengthen their understanding and confidence.
I teach using a step-by-step approach with clear explanations and practical examples. Each lesson includes coding exercises, guided practice, and real-life problem-solving tasks so students can apply what they learn. I adjust the speed of teaching based on the student’s comfort level, making sure they understand each concept before moving forward. Students are encouraged to practice regularly, ask questions, and develop logical thinking skills.
Programming lessons help students improve problem-solving ability, logical thinking, and confidence in writing code. Students learn how to break problems into smaller steps and solve them clearly using structured code. Over time, they become more independent in coding and comfortable with different programming challenges. My goal is to make programming simple, practical, and engaging so students can learn effectively and apply their skills in real-world situations.
