About Maëlle
My interest in computer programming began when I realized how abstract logic could create meaningful digital solutions. I completed a B.Sc in Computer Science followed by an M.Sc in Information Systems, developing strong foundations in software development, algorithms, and system design. Over the past 11 years, I have guided learners through structured, confidence-building programming instruction. I teach with clarity, encouragement, and adaptability, adjusting explanations to match each learner’s pace. I emphasize understanding concepts deeply rather than memorizing syntax, helping students build long-term problem-solving independence. Many learners who once felt uncertain gradually gain confidence as they understand how to analyze and debug code. Outside teaching, I stay engaged with programming through continuous learning and personal projects. Teaching programming is deeply rewarding because it equips learners with logical thinking skills that extend across academic and professional fields.

Computer programming becomes clearer when learners understand how logical ideas are transformed into structured instructions that computers can follow. In my lessons, I guide students through programming fundamentals, algorithms, data structures, object-oriented concepts, debugging strategies, and clean coding practices using detailed explanations and hands-on practice. I focus on helping learners understand why code works, enabling them to adapt their skills confidently.
Lesson structures are carefully tailored to each learner’s experience level. Beginners focus on variables, loops, conditions, and basic program flow. Intermediate learners strengthen modular programming, debugging techniques, and structured problem-solving strategies. Advanced learners explore algorithm optimization, project architecture, and real-world application development. Each session blends explanation, guided coding, correction, and reflection.
Programming lessons also foster patience, analytical reasoning, and creative problem-solving. As learners grow more confident, they become more independent and resilient when facing technical challenges. My goal is to help students see programming as an empowering and achievable skill.
