He also understands there may be multiple ways to solve problems and uses those alternate strategies to help struggling students grasp difficult concepts. His lesson plans engage students and help them feel confident in their mathematical abilities.

He serves as a facilitator of learning, providing students with the knowledge and tools to solve problems and then encouraging students to solve them on their own. When any student answer a problem incorrectly, he does not allow them to quit. He encourages students to figure out where they went wrong and to keep working at the problem until they get the correct answer, providing support and guidance where needed.

Abhishek Sir cares about his students. He recognises when a student is having a bad day or needs some encouragement and addresses the problem to help the student refocus on the material.

We've seen teachers teach since we were little and we read. Only those who could memorize in that study could get good marks in the study. Even if the rest wanted to study, they would fall behind because they could not memorize, the only reason was that the reading could not be understood properly. Now that the era has changed and technology has become stronger, memorization will not work.

আমরা ছোটো থেকে দেখে এসেছি শিক্ষকরা পড়াতেন এবং আমরা পড়তাম। সেই পড়ায় থাকত শুধু মুখস্ত বিদ্যা তাতে যারা মুখস্ত করতে পারতো তারাই কেবল পড়াশোনায় ভালো নম্বর তুলতে পারতো, বাকিদের পড়াশোনার ইচ্ছে থাকলেও তারা মুখস্ত না হওয়ার কারনে পিছিয়ে পড়তো, তার একটাই কারন পড়াটা ঠিক করে বোঝা যেত না। এখন যুগের পরিবর্তন হয়েছে প্রযুক্তি শক্তিশালী হয়েছে এমন সময় শুধু মুখস্ততে কাজ হবে না। শিক্ষককে তার ছাত্রদের পড়াশোনার সরল ব্যাক্ষা দিতে হবে, যাতে তারা পড়াশোনাকে ভয় না পেয়ে আনন্দে সেটা গ্ৰহন করতে পারে। তুলে ধরতে হবে পড়াশোনার অন্যান্য দিক গুলিও। পড়াশোনা যে কেবল বই এর ভেতর হবে তা নয় বই এর বাইরে দাপিয়ে বেড়ায় অনেক মূল্যবান শিক্ষা যা এই যুগে অতি আবশ্যক।
আমার চেনা অনেক শিক্ষকদের ভেতর অভিষেক এমনি একজন শিক্ষক যে শুধু পড়াশোনাকে বইএর ভেতর না রেখে পড়াশোনার সহজ ব্যাক্ষা করে তা অর্পন করতে পারে ছাত্রদের ভেতর। অভিষেক শিক্ষক হিসাবে যেমন প্রভাবশালী তেমন মনের দিক থেকেও খুব সৎ এবং সরল মানের ছেলে।
