About Ann Maria
Hi everyone! My name is Ann, and I’m really happy to meet you all.
I’m currently studying Nursing at Flinders University, and I have a strong interest in Science and Malayalam. I decided to start teaching because I feel that it is a flexible field that works well alongside my university studies, while also giving me an opportunity to do something I genuinely enjoy.
I’m confident in my knowledge of these subjects, and I’m also confident in my ability to explain things clearly and patiently. I know that every student learns differently, so I want to understand how you learn best and teach in a way that is comfortable and easy for you.
I’m not here to make you simply memorize everything. I want you to actually understand what you’re learning and feel confident enough to ask questions whenever you’re confused.
For Malayalam, I can help you with speaking, reading, writing and understanding the language. For Science, I’ll focus on making concepts simple and connecting them to real-life examples wherever possible.
I’m also still a student myself, so I understand that sometimes studying can feel overwhelming. That’s why I want our classes to be relaxed, supportive and productive.
I’m really looking forward to getting to know you all and helping you improve. I’m confident that we can make these lessons useful and enjoyable together!

Malayalam is my native language, and I am confident in communicating and teaching it in a clear and engaging way. I can help students develop their reading, writing, speaking and understanding of Malayalam while making the learning experience enjoyable.
I also have a strong interest and academic background in Science. I enjoy explaining scientific concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner and can adapt my teaching approach according to the student’s age, level and learning needs.
I am patient, responsible and enthusiastic about working with students. I believe that creating a comfortable and encouraging learning environment is important, especially for students who may initially find a subject challenging. I would be committed to preparing lessons, explaining concepts clearly and supporting students to improve their skills and confidence.
