I am Rubia farooqui and I've completed my bachelor's degree in Food science and technology. My passion lies at the intersection of science, food, and innovation. Throughout my academic journey, I’ve explored the intricate chemistry of flavors, the microbiology behind fermentation, and the sustainable practices that can revolutionize our food systems.
