About Arpita Jadhav
I am a passionate commerce educator with a strong academic foundation in business and management. I hold a Master's degree in Commerce with specialization in Business Management, complemented by my graduation in Management Studies. This unique combination of qualifications enables me to bridge theoretical concepts with practical business applications seamlessly.
My teaching philosophy revolves around igniting curiosity and fostering deep understanding rather than rote memorization. I believe commerce and business subjects come alive when students can connect classroom theories to real-world scenarios. Drawing from contemporary business cases, market trends, and industry examples, I make complex concepts relatable and engaging for my students.
Over the years, I've witnessed countless students develop from hesitant learners to confident individuals who can analyze business situations critically and think like future entrepreneurs and managers. I believe in engaging and interesting lecture series with the help of audiovisual support. I take the interactive and hands-on learning sessions for better concept clarity. I use the interactive PPT presentations, videos, models, debates in order to engage students in the lecture. My teaching technique is based on various teaching models like CAM model, Micro teaching, Questioning strategy and real-life examples and case studies. I try my level best to make the theory subject less boring and more interesting and engaging.
