Graduate in psychology and philosophy.
Dancer and Choreographer at an international dance company.
I have also taught families for their sangeet or Mehendi. Other than that I take online classes on zoom in association with Richard's Academy of dance and arts.

My teaching method consists of basic warm up, stretching and muscle strengthening exercises. For people with certain injuries, I give them an alternative exercise so they don't miss ou tf on the warm up before I start teaching the choreography and I end it with a cool down.
