About Freya
I’m a passionate guitar educator with more than 3 years of experience and a Graduate Certificate in Advanced Guitar Studies. My teaching is centered on ear training — the most powerful skill a guitarist can develop. We’ll work on transcribing solos, analyzing songs by ear, and strengthening your pitch accuracy. I design each lesson to make learning active and engaging. You’ll train your ears through real-world practice, not just theory. My approach helps students connect deeply with their instrument and the music they love. Over time, you’ll learn to recognize harmony and melody instinctively. Perfect pitch may be rare, but precise listening can be achieved by anyone. Helping students unlock that ability is what drives my teaching every day.
