About Payton

I've been competitively trained in swimming for over 18 years. I've competed at meets up to the national level throughout my age-group career. I then moved on to college athletics and spent the entirety of my time as an undergrad competing for my college team. I have specialized in numerous events throughout my career, but I have the most experience in individual medley and distance freestyle.

About the lesson

I provide lessons for all skill levels and purposes. I've been a swim instructor and a competitive swimmer for 18+ years, with levels of experience ranging up to the collegiate national level. I coach all strokes and lengths for any purpose (i.e., training for competition/race, essential skill, etc.)
