About Summer
Soccer has been my greatest passion and focus of my entire life, but my passion for working with athletes to help them improve and achieve their goals has become even greater. I value all aspects of fitness, mindset, health, and performance, so when I work with athletes, I bring all of my skill sets and passions to each session. I value connecting with my players and meeting them where they’re at so every player feels comfortable, seen, heard, and understood.

My lessons are completely customizable and adapted to each player’s needs.I typically combine speed and agility, ball mastery (dribbling, first touch, passing, skills, etc), and position specific drills. I excel at helping players improve technique and movements they struggle with by breaking down body mechanics until we find what helps solve the issue. Additionally, I help create a positive, encouraging environment focused on a healthy, positive mindset. I have worked with athletes of every level (complete beginner to pro) and every age (3-35 years old).
