About Scott
I have worked as a TA in high school with freshmen level biology working with dissections and microscopy. I worked with slower students in catching up to the rest of class, providing 1 on 1 assistance and grading papers.
I also worked in college as a TA for a chemistry class, setting up and assisting students in lab.

I graduated from Birmingham-Southern (2016) in Biology with minors in chemistry and history. I took a wide variety of classes, ranging from field botany, physiology, environmental ecology, and advanced cell. I am focused on the mechanisms behind evolution and cellular function, and aim to have students feel comfortable in explaining their functions to me.

Scott and I attended the same undergraduate institution. As an English major, I struggled in my science courses, and Scott tutored me in chemistry and cellular and molecular biology.
