About Michelle
I am a college women's basketball coach in Central Nebraska. I played 4 years of college basketball at the NCAA Division III level before officially beginning my career in coaching. Prior to that, I played on multiple local and traveling club basketball teams in addition to 4 years on my varsity high school team. I also have valuable insight and experience navigating the college recruiting process as both recruit and recruiter.

I expect single-minded focus and a high level of coachability from the athletes I work with. I strive to work collaboratively in order to ensure their skills noticeably improve in a reasonable amount of time, and that their goals and expectations of play are met if not exceeded. Sessions and drills are adapted to each athlete depending on position, skill level, and prior experience.

Details
Group lessons - $10 per athlete /hr
Travel over 1 hour away (one way) from Hastings - $5 per athlete per additional 30 minutes of travel
Webcam sessions include a pre-programmed workout-tracking form designed and created by me. Videos of workouts required by email prior to a weekly virtual meeting.
Bulk rates bought will be scheduled in 1-hour sessions over multiple days/weeks.
