Dr. J. Victor McGuire, Ph.D., is an educator, executive coach, and social impact entrepreneur dedicated to helping leaders and organizations grow with purpose, authenticity, and heart. As the founder of Coach Like Leadership and Coaching For Everyone (CFE), he has spent decades blending academic insight with real-world leadership to create inclusive, people-centered cultures. A former university professor and Fulbright-Hays Scholar, Victor has taught and led at institutions across the country, guiding thousands of students and professionals to discover their strengths and lead with empathy.
