About Sophie-Marie
Born in France, I grew up in Ivory Coast and England. I did a theatrical training among others at Cours Florent, in the Acting in English branch, and then worked as an actress both on stage and in front of the camera. Subsequently, I turned to the transmission, my core business. Today certified trainer and coaching trainer, I lead workshops for learning English through theatrical techniques for children, in school and extracurricular, as well as training on public speaking skills. , team cohesion, emotion management and Ikigai.

The active method: This method is based on dynamic exercises - to be done individually or in groups -, on role plays and on a direct experimentation of the proposed techniques. This experimental discovery approach, called "heuristic", plunges all participants into the heart of the action. The active method also allows everyone to develop their relational skills while training on themes progressively related to their professional field, through a detour pedagogy - that is to say, through play exercises away from its core business. These scenarios make it possible to distance oneself and then to concretely and durably integrate the tools of the training in a daily activity. Theoretical contributions and reference documents will also be transmitted during the training, in order to deepen the knowledge and to encourage the personal evolution of each one. The theatricalization allows the participant to become an actor - literally as well as figuratively - by putting him in a situation of constant improvisation, to get him to bounce back but above all to become a force of proposition in his own life. This theatrical dimension inspires a spontaneous creativity, while developing the qualities of expression and the oratorical talent of all.
