About Pratishtha
I’m an MA Clinical Psychology student with a strong interest in understanding how the brain works and how psychological concepts apply to everyday life. Through my academic training and applied exposure, I’ve learnt the importance of conceptual clarity and real-world relevance in psychology. Teaching, for me, is not just about explaining theories; it’s about making them relatable, practical, and easy to grasp. I enjoy helping students gain clarity, think critically, and develop a meaningful connection with the subject.

The goal is to build strong conceptual clarity, confidence, and critical thinking.
