My background

M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology
I share simple, honest mental health and psychology content online, which helps me explain ideas clearly
I keep learning by attending mental health events and workshops.

How I work

I come to every class prepared, with notes and examples ready.
I start on time and share a summary after each class.
I’m patient. There are no silly questions, and you can ask as many doubts as you need.
Your progress matters to me, so I check in regularly and adjust my teaching if something isn’t working.
Classes run online over a video call, so please have a stable internet connection and a notebook ready.

About the lesson

Hi, I’m Tanisha, and I teach Psychology online in a simple, friendly way.

My teaching method
I believe Psychology is easiest to learn when you connect it to real life. I explain each topic in plain language first, then use everyday examples, short case studies and small activities to make it stick. I use clear notes, diagrams and memory tricks so that tough topics like memory, learning, personality, attachment and abnormal psychology become easy to remember.

How a class usually goes

A quick recap of the last class (5 minutes)
A new topic explained step by step with examples
A short activity, quiz or discussion to check understanding
Practice questions or a short written answer
A summary and clear homework, so you know what to revise

What makes my classes different

Complicated ideas are broken into small, easy parts.
You can ask doubts at any time without feeling judged.
Classes move at your pace, and I adjust the speed and the examples to suit you.
As a mental health content creator, I’m used to explaining psychology clearly to people who are new to it.
Teaching in [English / Hindi / both English and Hindi], whichever helps you understand best.
