About Marina
I am a Clinical Exercise Physiologist specializing in cardiac care for nearly 10 years both ICU and outpatient. My work focuses on individuals recovering from major cardiac events and heart conditions and building long-term, sustainable habits that support heart health, performance, and overall quality of life. I currently teach Health and PE at the high school level to encourage proactive measures to chronic diseases society is facing.

We tend to rely on technology to give us answers, but when it comes to health, we have to know our bodies best as there is no one size fits all on taking proactive measures. Gaining knowledge in all areas of health including anatomy and physiology to mental health to nutrition and more is essential to our overall well-being and applying real-life situations is key.
