About Josette
Training in the French tradition defined my violin perspective. I have 5 years of experience. Music theory is essential to my method.
Tone production matters most here. I focus on tuning by ear during every session.
Ear training builds a strong foundation. Posture and hold come first for safety.
Sight reading helps mental sharpness. Shifting positions is a vital skill.
Double stops challenge the fingers. Scales and arpeggios keep the hands moving. I especially enjoy teaching left-hand agility techniques.
