About Jean-Pierre
Having completed undergraduate music studies at the University of Cape Town, Jean-Pierre has over 10 years of experience in piano teaching and performance. He completed his Masters degree in Dallas Texas where he refined his skills in piano pedagogy and piano accompaniment.

My goal as your piano teacher is to uncover the musical potential within you and help you discover joy and appreciation for classical music through tailored lessons that focus on fundamental concepts such as note-reading, rhythm, right and left hand co-ordination, music expression and stylistic interpretation. You would be able to develop proper healthy piano technique studying age-appropriate classical piano pieces, prepare for an Abrsm or Trinity practical graded examination.
